Native Title Services Victoria exists to deliver sustainable Native Title outcomes to Aboriginal people in Victoria that will respect, protect and transmit Aboriginal culture and identity for present and future generations.

Graham Atkinson Graham is a Dja Dja Wurrung and Yorta Yorta man. He is Chair of NTSV and a member of the Aboriginal Heritage Council. He has a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Art (Social Work). A Director of the consultancy firm, Atkinson Kerr and Associates, he has long experience in senior management roles and in Indigenous affairs. |

Daphne Milward Daphne is a Yorta Yorta woman. She the Deputy Chair of NTSV and has recently retired as owner/operator of the consultancy firm Mandala Consulting Services Pty Ltd. She has long experience in management roles within indigenous affairs. |

Eleanor Bourke Eleanor is a Wergaia woman and also a descendant of the Wamba Wamba people. She is a native title holder through the historic Wotjobaluk, Jaadwa, Jadawadjali, Wergaiai and Yupagulk determination made in 2005. Eleanor is retired academic having worked at the University of South Australia and at Monash, is former co-chair of Reconciliation Victoria, a current member of the board of Native Title Services Victoria and of the inaugural Victorian Aboriginal Heritage Council. Eleanor and her husband have retired from fulltime academic life and operate a small farm, in the northern Grampians. |

Trevor Edwards Trevor is a descendant of the Gunditmara and Wathaurong peoples. He is CEO of Wathaurong Aboriginal Co-Operative in Geelong. He was a member of the ATSIC Tumbukka Regional Council, and he is an executive member of the Victorian Aboriginal Housing Board. He has long experience in corporate governance. |

Mick Harding Mick is a Taungwurrung man of the Yeerun illam Balluk and Yowung illam Balluk clans. He has wide experience in management and corporate governance over a number of years in numerous local, regional, and statewide community organisations. He is a member of the Aboriginal Heritage Council. He currently runs his own business (Wurru Wurru Ngarga Warendj) which offers advice on cultural awareness and management, as well as sales of artifacts. |

Damein Bell Damein is a Gunditjmara man. He is Chair of the Gunditj Mirring Traditional Owners Aboriginal Corporation, Project Manager for Lake Condah Sustainable Development Project and has extensive experience in management roles. He has a Graduate Diploma in Natural Resources Management. He is a member of the Aboriginal Heritage Council and of the Indigenous Advisory Committee under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth). |
