Native Title Services Victoria exists to deliver sustainable Native Title outcomes to Aboriginal people in Victoria that will respect, protect and transmit Aboriginal culture and identity for present and future generations.

Graham Atkinson Graham is a Dja Dja Wurrung and Yorta Yorta man. He is Chair of NTSV and a member of the Aboriginal Heritage Council. He has a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Art (Social Work). A Director of the consultancy firm, Atkinson Kerr and Associates, he has long experience in senior management roles and in Indigenous affairs. |

Ken Stewart Ken is a Wamba Wamba man with extensive experience in corporate governance, native title, cultural heritage and natural resource management. Ken was on the working group that established the Murray Lower Darling Indigenous Nations (MLDRIN), he has worked with the North West Clans Aboriginal Corporation and is currently the Living Murray Indigenous Facilitator with the Mallee Catchment Management Authority. Ken is also Public Officer with the Wiran Aboriginal Corporation. |

Lee-Anne Eddington Leanne Edlington is a Gunai woman and Board member of the Gunaikurnai Land and Water Aboriginal Corporation. She is also a member of the Australian Federal Police Malunggang Indigenous Officer Network (MION). |

Dianne Kerr Dianne Kerr is a Wurundjeri Woman and Member, and former Director, of the Dandenong Aboriginal Co-Operative, Former Director of Narragol Housing (Koorie Housing Loans). She has also worked as a field officer in native title. |

Eileen Alberts Eileen is a Gunditjmara woman. She is a member of the Gunditj Mirring Traditional Owner Aboriginal Corporation (GMTOAC) and is Cultural Heritage Officer with GMTOAC. She has many years experience in Aboriginal health and education and is a former Community Liaison Officer with both Mirimbiak Nations Aboriginal Corporation and Native Title Services Victoria. Eileen has been an NTSV Board member since September 2009. |

Mick Harding Mick is a Taungwurrung man of the Yeerun illam Balluk and Yowung illam Balluk clans. He has wide experience in management and corporate governance over a number of years in numerous local, regional, and statewide community organisations. He is a member of the Aboriginal Heritage Council. He currently runs his own business (Wurru Wurru Ngarga Warendj) which offers advice on cultural awareness and management, as well as sales of artifacts. |

Damein Bell Damein is a Gunditjmara man. He is Chair of the Gunditj Mirring Traditional Owners Aboriginal Corporation, Project Manager for Lake Condah Sustainable Development Project and has extensive experience in management roles. He has a Graduate Diploma in Natural Resources Management. He is a member of the Aboriginal Heritage Council and of the Indigenous Advisory Committee under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth). |
