Governance

Native Title Services Victoria recognises that sustainable Traditional Owner Corporations are underpinned by good governance.

We provide legal, strategic and anthropological advice to support the development of culturally appropriate Traditional Owner Corporations. We also offer assistance in building governance capacity which includes advising on the obligations of board members, governance best-practice, evaluating risk and conflict of interest.
